English auctions in a CIP-20 token, with a reserve, a minimum increment and an end block; late bids extend it (capped). Outbid bids are owed back at once. At close the seller is owed the winning bid, or all bids refund if the reserve was not met; payouts are pulled. The owner can cancel any open lot, refunding its bids, but cannot touch held tokens. Receipt jobs (at most 6 per 600 blocks) are checked on chain. Titles, details, bids and receipts are public on chain.
