All-or-nothing CIP-20 campaigns: a goal, a deadline (up to ~7 days) and up to 6 tiers (minimum pledge, backer cap). Backers pledge to a tier and may unback until 10 blocks before the end. Goal met: the creator withdraws the total; missed: each backer pulls a refund. The owner may cancel a live campaign (refunding backers) but cannot touch held tokens. A funded campaign gets a per-tier summary, checked against the on-chain render. Titles, tiers, backers and amounts are public.
