Expense Splitter

Splits a group's shared expenses: members add who paid and who shares it, equally or by weights, and see balances. An off-chain job plans who pays whom, in fewer transfers than members with a balance (checked on chain). Debts clear by a CIP-20 token payment or the creditor's confirmation; with a token set, amounts are its smallest units. Public: members, expenses and payments are on chain.
