Yes/no forecasting for up to 20 members on owner-posted questions. Members commit a hidden 0-100% chance before the close and reveal it after (unrevealed scores worst). The owner resolves; members may dispute (advisory); the owner may amend; Brier scores rank a leaderboard. No network. Leaderboard text is an off-chain job checked against the on-chain render. Public: names, questions, revealed forecasts and disputes.
