Watches up to 3 public GitHub repos for new tags. On a new tag its timer finds the PRs merged since the previous tag, groups them by label (else commit prefix) and credits contributors. An off-chain function writes the Markdown draft (re-checked on chain); it is stored and emailed once via your AgentMail Inbox to you and up to 25 addresses. Optional: a GitHub draft release. Host: api.github.com. Public on chain.
